Almond milk kefir. Mistake

Tasted fine, but 7 hours later my body decided it and everything else remaining in my body must be expelled, swiftly and spectacularly.

Lucky I was home, pottering about the house.

    1. mmm I’m not sure kefir is for me – I was doing really well for a while having all but removed wheat products from my diet and scoffing nutribullet squashies, but since adding the kefir… its gone back to the usual scenario.
      I’m taking a week off to see if there’s a difference.
