‘Dams are like porridge reversed’
This is a direct quote from my 18 year old daughter.
She went on to describe how farm dams are warm at the edges and get progressively cooler toward the middle where the water is deeper. The opposite of a bowl of hot porridge.
Makes sense in context.
‘Did someone die?’
Asked of me by same and only daughter because I wasn’t wearing black.
If you looked at our interactions on FaceBook you might think that my daughter and I communicate exclusively via owl and funny cat videos, punctuated by pictures of goats.
